Jays management have decisions to make if underachieving players do not turn it around

The Jays have players on the hot seat right now and the Jays management have decisions to be made about these players:

Travis Snider - is hitting .167 so far this season and he gets eaten up by an inside curve ball and if he can not figure out to get hits he will be on the road to Las Vegas to try and figure out how to handle curve balls and get his confidence back. If he goes down it would be Eric Thames be coming up with a batting average of .382 (26 for 68) with 2 homers and 14 RBIs with 9 doubles but does have 17 Ks and would be probably up for like 2 to 3 weeks most likely.

Juan Rivera - Rivera is hitting .137 this season and is struggling with the bat and with the glove too and if he can not get the job done he will be reassigned to the minors if another team does not pick him off the waiver wire. If he let go the Jays will have to make a small deal to get a solid bat to be a DH for the Jays or maybe bring up Brett Lawrie to be a split between DH and third base with Johnny Mac / Chris Woodward with Johnny Mac playing the field and Chris Woodward being the DH when Lawrie is playing the field.

Jo Jo Reyes - is on a start to start basis right now with a solid start last Friday and will get another start on Wednesday against the Texas Rangers and if he keeps throwing strikes and stays a head of batters he will continue to be the Jays 5 starter until he gets rocked hard throughout the ball park and then either Cecil or Litsch will come back up to take his place in the order and he will be reassigned to the Las Vegas if another team does not pick him up.

Jays need to put wins together to get back into the playoff chase
