John Farrell maybe heading back to Boston and what maybe the future of the Jays

There is a report that the Blue Jays have given their employees the opportunity to talk to other teams and this time it was not the usually statement of the Jays have given their employees the opportunity to talk about an promotion which means that John Farrell is involved and that he seems to be looking into the Boston manager's job.

So it is looking like John Farrell is interested in the Red Sox job because if he was not very interested in the job than why are the Blue Jays allowing him to talk with Boston and the only thing that could be possible is that he would be unhappy in Toronto if he could be the manager who the Red Sox.

I really do not know if I want John Farrell to leave because it has only been one season with him as the manager and there has been a couple of questionable decision that he made like him putting DH Jose Bautista into right fielder late in a tied game so the Jays may have to continuously replacing pitchers for hitter and the only other times have been with the pitching changes like one pitcher instead of another. On the other hand why have a unhappy decision maker because if they are unhappy they may make more irrational decisions as they do not have a clear head which could very easily destroy the team and bury the young talent like Brett Lawrie.

The other thing what happens if Brian Butterfield gets a manager job in Boston or somewhere else as he has been the pitching coach for a number of seasons and pitchers have been the best part of the team or the last few seasons and right now they have pitchers doing well like Ricky Romero and Henderson Alvarez. Then on the other hand would another pitching coach be able to get Brandon Morrow to be a more well rounded pitcher instead of pitching well either on the road or @ the Rogers Centre but not both and would a new pitching coach help Brett Cecil not constantly given up long balls. Also could a new voice get through to Kyle Drabek who is still very young and not at a point where he is willing to make changes to his pitching style.

In the end if John Farrell heads back to Boston where he was pitching coach and he may have a better relationship with the pitchers that are the major focus of the down fall of the players in Boston to help them free fall out of the playoffs then Brain Butterfield will likely the next Jays manager as he was the runner up last off season when Farrell got the job.

Lets hope the Jays have a new batting coach next season
