I know that Edwin Encarnacion is a Blue Jays in the last month because the Jays were waiting for Brett Lawrie to be ready to step in and perform at the major league level but now he is done until at least the all-star break. So the 268 batting average, the 2 homers and 12 RBI, the 9 walks compared to the 26 Ks, and even the 15 doubles that is Edwin Encarnacion can be sent on an one way ticket out of town and he can take his 11 errors in 30 games playing the field.
In his place the Jays should bring up from Las Vegas either Eric Thames who did not look out of place at the major level hitting 286 in 13 games with the Jays and is back in Las Vegas and still hitting .317 with 6 homers and 33 RBIs. The other option is bring up the highest ever Canadian pick in the baseball draft Adam Loewen who was picked by the Baltimore Orioles 4th overall as a pitcher but after some major arm troubles his pitching days were over so instead of hanging the cleets up he decided to try hitting as he was a good hitter before being drafted too so he has been with the Jays farm system since 2009 season. Then this season he has been able to pull the ball and the numbers has been successful with a .318 average (70 for 220), 11 homers, 22 doubles, 2 triples, and 45 RBI and that pop in the bat if he could be able to do it in the show would be the kind of thing that the Jays are looking for off the bench right now as Edwin right now is the only bat off the bench and he has only 2 homers this season and if not Loewen than Thames would not be a bad replacement either.
So long Edwin
