Anthony Gose making an impact with the Jays

Anthony Gose has shown the Jays that he came replace Colby Rasmus while Colby hits the 15-day DL with a sore hamstring. Anthony Gose with 6 hits and 6 walks in 7 games with the Jays this season and he has been learning small ball with bunting and walking while covering the grounds in the outfield and getting to every ball hit his way. He is much more focused in the majors than in the minors as he has walked 13 and 32 ks in 28 games in the minors while 6 walks and 5 ks in the majors and has on-base of .500. It of course is not a great thing that he is only focused at the major league level but the reality as long as he can handle he will be a great fourth outfielder when Colby gets back to the lineup. It good timing for Gose as it is time for the Jays have an extra outfielder to replace one of the relievers as it looks like Buehrle is having a solid season going deep into games and if Hutchison can continue his next 20 games of his career like his first 20 the starting two set. If the Jays can get a kindergarten teacher that can help R.A. keep his composer under control so that he does not have a fit every time someone gets a hit the Jays will be a contender in the AL east after being a pretender for over 20 seasons. Timing is everything Tom Mehegan
